About Aviva
Aviva Kamm has nearly two decades of experience in employment law and for years has focused her practice on conducting workplace investigations. She is known for her pragmatic and compassionate approach and the clarity and quality of her work.
Aviva practiced law at a Washington-based commercial law firm for fifteen years, eventually becoming the leader of its employment group. At Aviva Kamm Law, she brings her skills to conducting independent investigations.
Aviva has conducted investigations on a range of topics including:

Aviva investigates workplace complaints for both public- and private-sector employers. She is comfortable and adept at interviewing individuals at every level of an organization including executive leadership.
Because she has represented both employees and employers in her previous law practice, Aviva has a unique perspective that provides neutrality and insight, making her investigations productive for everyone involved.
